Appointments Equine Appointments Equine appointments are available in eastern New York State (mostly Dutchess, Putnam and Westchester counties) and much of Connecticut with Dr. Schoen. • For equine appointments call the administrative office at 860-354-2287 –15 Sunset Terrace, Sherman, CT 06784 • Please leave a message detailing contact person, barn name, location, number of horses, and phone number • When leaving a message, please indicate if there are any days that are not suitable for appointments (example: barn is closed on Mondays and no staff is available to hold horses) • Unless arrangements have been made to the contrary, there must always be someone available to hold the horse(s) during our visits • Please indicate which veterinarian normally sees your horse(s), or if you have a preference, though we cannot always guarantee which doctor will be making a particular visit • Please be prepared to fax directions to our administrative office if requested (fax: 860-350-3482) • Once the appointment date and time have been scheduled, we will call you with the information; please call us back within 24 hours to confirm the appointment. • Payment is expected at time of appointment, or you can arrange a credit card payment. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) by calling the administrative office before your scheduled appointment Small Animal Appointments There are two practices out of which Dr. Schoen and his associates see appointments: Quarry Ridge Animal Hospital in Ridgefield, CT and Village Animal Clinic in Ardsley, NY. • Appointments are scheduled by calling Quarry Ridge Animal Hospital (203-438- 8878) or The Village Animal Clinic (914-693-2626) directly. • When calling please specify that you need an appointment with Dr. Schoen’s Associate as his practice is separate from that of the two establishments. • If this is a first time appointment, please bring all current medical records for your animal companion with you. • For general, non-scheduling questions please feel free to call the administrative office at 860-354-2287.
