Appointments for complementary and natural veterinary medicine can be made with Dr. Schoen or one of his associates as follows:
Equine Appointments
- Equine appointments are available in eastern New York State (mostly Dutchess, Putnam and Westchester counties) and Fairfield, Litchfield, and a few eastern CT counties with Dr. Amery and Dr. Schoen.
- For equine appointments call the administrative office at 860-354-2287
- Please leave a message detailing contact person, barn name, location, number of horses, and phone number
- When leaving a message, please indicate if there are any days that are not suitable for appointments (example: barn is closed on Mondays and no staff is available to hold horses)
- There must always be someone available to hold the horse(s) during our visits.
- Please indicate which veterinarian normally sees your horse(s), or if you have a preference, though we cannot always guarantee which doctor will be making a particular visit.
- Please be prepared to fax directions to our administrative office if requested (fax: 860-350-3482)
- Once the appointment date and time have been scheduled, we will call you with the information; please call us back within 24 hours to confirm the appointment.
- Payment is expected at time of appointment, or you can arrange a credit card payment.(Visa, MasterCard, American Express) by calling the administrative office before your scheduled appointment .
