Essence of HeartMath

Hi Animal Lovers!

I just finished the livestreaming of my Episode 4.  I really enjoying interviewing Dr. Rollin McCraty, the Director of Research at the HeartMath Institute.

You can watch it from here –> https://www.awaketvnetwork.live/videos/allen-schoen-s1e4

He explained how our heart and brain are connected; In fact, the heart sends more information through the nervous system to the brain than vice versa, which I was fascinated to hear.

He unpacked how the heart creates an EMF (electro-magnetic field), and how that can impact the EMFs of others (our animal family or other humans).

He also explained how our breath affects our heart, and thereby affects our brain.  We all know that breathing deep and slow can make us relaxed, and he explained it so beautifully from scientific point of view, based on their decades of research.

During the show, we mentioned HeartMath’s products.  In fact, I’ve been using generations of HeartMath’s products myself.  If you are to get just one, I’d recommend this Inner Balance sensor.

This one is for iOS devices only.  What I like about this is you don’t need to use Bluetooth.  We’ll be discussing EMF pollution in future episode, and for now, I’d like to just say that I live in a house without wifi and without Bluetooth devices.

If you use an Android device and don’t mind Bluetooth, here is one for you (it also works with iOS devices).

You can watch Episode 4 for free until 6 pm PST, 9 pm EST, Tuesday, February 4, 2020.

After that, you do need to sign up with Awake TV Network.  Good news is that Awake TV offers a 7-day free trial.  It also offers 50% off for the first month with a promo code: AWAKE070

I would love to hear from you about your experience with the HeartMath approach and human-animal bond.

Blessings to you all!
